NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED COLLEAGUES OF THE COMPETITION
INSTRUCTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE
This morning I sent a note to the Coordinator of Staff to seek the approval of the list of internal competition INSTRUCTOR EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE blocked throughout 2010 due to slippage of the Stability Pact by the Campania Region.
If my request was ignored, I recommend to all interested colleagues to submit an application, pursuant to Law 241/90, to apply for such approval. In fact, only after the submission of a formal application by the person who is directly interested in the procedure, any silence that continues to prevail on the part of the office may be contested before the administrative court (perhaps with the assistance of a legal union).
