l'incontro sulla flessibilità dell'orario di lavoro , fissato per il 31 gennaio, era stato spostato ad oggi pomeriggio. La riunione ha preso inizio intorno alle 14.30, ma purtroppo non abbiamo potuto discutere dell'argomento on the agenda.

This decision is in my Feedback unacceptable. I will fight to ensure that no employee should receive a single cent in less than a year ago. If this is not impossible, I will fight to be operated a small cut, fair and proportionate, ALL WITHOUT EXCEPTION!
To determine the trade union initiatives to be undertaken, the RSU has Autoconvocate for tomorrow afternoon at 16.00.
Unfortunately the issue of flexibility in atime pass a second floor and will be resumed as soon as possible.

If my request was ignored, I recommend to all interested colleagues to submit an application, pursuant to Law 241/90, to apply for such approval. In fact, only after the submission of a formal application by the person who is directly interested in the procedure, any silence that continues to prevail on the part of the office may be contested before the administrative court (perhaps with the assistance of a legal union).

Dear Councillor,
is known that the the regional council, for many years, has signed an agreement with a university known bell, which aims to build a university course for their employees. To be precise there are many authorities who have been activated to achieve such an initiative.
There is no doubt that it is all a benefit for Public Administration to encourage the professional and cultural growth of its human resources, to come at a time when house training can not, by law, benefit from special funds .
For this reason, the writer asks his MSW Department to take action to extend to employees of the Executive regional opportunities enjoyed by employees of the Council and many other administrations.

With reference to my earlier request of 29/12/2010, motivated more by the dangerous event of a malfunction of the lift's Palace S. Lucia, the writer USW Calls for the immediate convening of a meeting aimed at understanding the problems that hinder the proper maintenance of facilities that house the offices of the Regione Campania, and thus a concerted program of retraining them.
