l'incontro sulla flessibilità dell'orario di lavoro , fissato per il 31 gennaio, era stato spostato ad oggi pomeriggio. La riunione ha preso inizio intorno alle 14.30, ma purtroppo non abbiamo potuto discutere dell'argomento on the agenda.

The first thing we asked Alderman Sommese and Coordinator of Staff was news indeed if this were true. Unfortunately, we learned that the news is true and correct in part: for participation in the project area where the administration intends to provide to each employee of € 1650 or € 500 less than last year.
remember well that on this issue we left with the 'commitment Councillor Sommese that no employee suffer cuts in their salary enhancement. Councillor told us he had earmarked the money shortage in the financial recovery plan of the Campania region, but this plan has not yet been approved by the Minister Tremonti. If anything will be approved.
The fact is that our administration, having now available about € 3 million less than last year to be paid to staff, has deliberately decided to charge for this cut of resources on only part of employees, namely those already economically less affluent (category A, B, C and D without position) .
There are not enough words to describe the outrage. In conditions of scarce resources is who pays and who does not pay. There certainly puts the President of the Regional Government nor the Councillors: some reason the money for their salaries are always available. not a penny less going to perceive their managers. In the segment there are those who weep and who smiles: no cuts for those who perceive a package for those working nell'UDCP, for drivers or for those who have the organizational position etc.. etc.. it happens no money for people who already earned less.
This decision is in my Feedback unacceptable. I will fight to ensure that no employee should receive a single cent in less than a year ago. If this is not impossible, I will fight to be operated a small cut, fair and proportionate, ALL WITHOUT EXCEPTION!
To determine the trade union initiatives to be undertaken, the RSU has Autoconvocate for tomorrow afternoon at 16.00.
Unfortunately the issue of flexibility in atime pass a second floor and will be resumed as soon as possible.
